Operation Executives

We are looking for a responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers

Job description

  • Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments

  • Conduct investigations and manage incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare conduct AAR of the incident.

  • Overall, in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites

  • Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP

  • Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline

  • Plan and schedule daily deployment for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirement

  • Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel

  • Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel

  • Familiar in Technology solutions and able to demonstration to clients and security officers

  • Proficient in MS Office & MS excel

  • Able to maintain and manage 40 manpower 

  • Perform night random supervisory checks and conduct red teaming exercise 

  • Able to start immediately

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Security Industry

  • PLRD licensed (PWM Rank SS and Above)

  • Attain RTT (Recognize Terrorist Threat) certification

  • Good interpersonal skills. dynamic, a good team player, and ability to work very well with people

  • Attain Class 2 or 3 driving license

Responsibilities

  • Perform guarding and patrolling within the premises

  • Attend to any security related matters

  • Screen visitors, vendors and contractors and assist to issue visitor passes

  • Control traffic flow within the premises

  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Reviewing video surveillance equipment to identify odd behaviors

  • Patrolling the interior and exterior of a property in set intervals

  • Providing property access to authorized individuals

  • Providing protection and surveillance for a person, group, organization or asset

  • Maintaining incident reports

  • Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage

  • Guarding valuables in a secure area

  • Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues

  • Responding to alarms and emergencies

Site Technical Officer (STO)

Fulltime, Singapore

Site Technical Officer is able to attain problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and effective communication are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify technical challenges and develop solutions to address them in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction or installation processes, working collaboratively with the project team to resolve problems.

  • Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Provide updates on project progress, technical issues, and any changes to project plans or specifications.

  • Perform a detailed audit on all banquet functions

  • Provide training and guidance to on-site personnel on technical procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and relevant regulations through continuous learning and professional development.

  • Promote environmentally sustainable practices on-site, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and incorporate sustainability principles into project planning and execution.

  • Able to work independently

  • Previous experience in building and maintenance in residential or commercial building will be added advantage 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as maintenance technician

  • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

  • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work independently
